Wellbeing Series – Mindful Art

BLC’s new Wellbeing series is here to introduce adult learners to new coping mechanisms and self-care activities to help them navigate their way through an increasingly complex world.

Each activity is is taught over 4 weeks with weekly sessions of 2 hours, so whether you decide to have a go at all of our well-being activities or just a few, being able to learn a new skill, or find a new passion has never been easier.
