An established Pub and Restaurant based by the popular tourist hotspot of Carsington Water, set in grounds of approximately 8 acres with a campsite and Ecopods.
To work alongside the Head Chef covering all aspects of working and running a busy kitchen that makes all dishes on the menu from fresh ingredients.
This is a fast-paced kitchen serving up to 500 meals daily at the height of the tourist season, you will need to work weekends, Bank Holidays and school holidays.

Ideally Maths & English GCSE 4/C or above or an equivalent, there is a possibility to study towards these qualifications as part of your apprenticeship.
There is potential of a permanent position on completion of the college course.
4 days onsite at the Knockerdown and 1 day in college per week.
Above minimum wage requirement and based on experience.

Training to be Provided:
- Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship.
- Maths and English Functional skills if required.

- Transport is needed due to location, no bus route.
